1.- Send me a DM with the full details of your commission or custom (you must provide clear and detailed references/descriptions. If you forget a major or complex detail and want to add it at a later stage, an extra charge will apply).2.- Full payment is required before I start working.3.- My TAT depends on the complexity of the piece (max 1 month if I’m working on multiple commissions at once).4.- I do not replicate other artists' styles.5.- I will send progress updates, and changes are allowed:

11.- You are not allowed to feed, train, or use any type of AI with any piece of my work. Ignoring this rule will result in a blacklist and a beware.
1.- You can resell, trade, or gift my designs with or without extra art, but don't resell them for a higher price unless there's additional art (comms or personal art).
2.- You can make any modifications as long as the design remains recognizable.
3.- All my designs are for personal use. Commercial use can be negotiated (applies only to designs created on or after June 13th, 2025).
4.- Do not delete or hide my designs unless we've talked about it, this is due to ownership reasons (avoid duplicate profiles). Authorize me if necessary.
5.- You can only transfer the character to people who have a TH account.
6.- If you want to make changes to the design, please don’t make them directly on my art. You can make a separate reference showing the changes you made yourself, since I prefer that very drastic modifications aren’t too closely tied to my work.
7.- For designs obtained through art trades, their value will match the value of the art exchanged, meaning the character’s worth equals the art you traded. Be fair pls.
8.- When you post my art, please give credit.
9.- Characters obtained through raffles have a value of 0. You can add value through extra art (personal or commissions).
10.- I always appreciate when you give credit for the design<3
1.- Don’t delete your offers. If you do, you won’t be considered for future sales.
2.- Please note: false bids or backing out of a purchase will automatically get you blocked
3.- No refunds.
4. Payments will always be made through a paypal invoice.
5.- Payment is always upfront and must be made within 24 hours; otherwise the character will go back up for sale and I won’t consider you for future sales.
